Mind Flayer
Loosely based on fiction
Mind Flayer translates to "mind peeler" Referencing their Cranium diet. Mind Flayers are most likely based on the Great Old One Cthulhu from H.P Lovecraft's story "Call of Cthulhu" made in 1928. They share similarities with their lanky and clawed humanoid appearance, octopus like head, and cosmic origins.
